Helpful Information

When deciding on your vacation home you might want to use the tips below as a reference guide.

* What is the best direction for the pool to face.

Depends a lot on the time of year. A “south facing” pool will always get sun at all times of the day and all times of the year, even in the dead of winter, because the angle of the sun is low in the southern sky.  In summer, it’s less important to have a south-facing pool as the path of the sun from east to west is more directly overhead. You will get the majority of sun in the morning with an East facing pool, while the afternoon sun will hit a west-facing pool. A pool facing south in summer will have full sun all day long.

* What is the best location

Some people think that 192 or the lower parts of highway 27 and 192 are the best areas to stay, Although they are within 5 miles to Disney the amount of time depending on the time of year and day will affect the time it takes to get to your desired destination. We do have homes that are close to I4 and Highway 27 which will take just as long and will also reduce the time spent in traffic.
