Steve, we want to take this time to drop you a line and tell you how much we appreciated the excellent service you provided. We really did not know what to expect but you put us at ease immediately...taking the time to introduce yourself when we first arrived; giving us your cell number and informing us that you were only a phone call away. It was true. You were only a phone call away and solved our problems, no matter how small, quickly and efficiently. You always made sure there was as little expense to the homeowner while not inconveniencing us. That in itself is a delicate balance but you managed to do so. We want to thank you for making our stay worry free. We look forward to our return next year. Steve, if we owned a property in the Orlando area there is no doubt who our property manager would be.

Just wanted to write and tell you despite the weather we still had a wonderful time at your place. We will definately be back next year! The piece of mind this gives an owner abroad is priceless. Every single situation is dealt with promptly. Proactive would best describe Stephen Walker. Honest would be another. Rare qualities indeed. This company have a wealth of knowledge of Villa Management which shows in the administration department and also the physical side of management. The house on 16721 Rolling Green St Clearmont FL was fabulous. The decor was beautiful, clean, efficient. There was every kitchen appliance & utensil one needs to fix any meal . Bed & bed linens were the best. Friendly neighbors all around to say Good Morning, an have a short visit with them was a delight. Lovely patio, patio furniture & pool to set around & relax have a drink. Walking distance to Sweet Bay grocery, close to other grocery stores, restaurants, Farmers market, fast food places. We been coming to FL in winter since we retired 8 yrs. ago. This is by far best place we have found. THANKS Steve. Kay & Don Knop Monticello INDIANA

"......We stayed in this home March 11 to March 21. Upon entering we did a thorough check and found this home to be very clean. Situated at the end of the street, this home has a beautiful sunset view, privacy and is quite quiet. The beds & furniture were comfortable and there were plenty of towels, linens & pillows. The pool was cool upon our arrival. We contacted Steven Walker (site contact) and he was out to inspect it early the next day & had it heated up in no time. He also checked back with us over the next few days to ensure all was well and to our satisfaction– it was. We did not have any issues, at all, while staying at this house...."
