An outdoor kitchen with a grill, 2 fridges, sound system and island seating for 6 make this the perfect spot to relax. The two main floor Master bedrooms overlook the pool and are each equipped with comfy King size beds (UK Super King size), ceiling fans, large screen smart tvs, large walk in closets, and private en-suites with dual vanities, granite countertops, hair driers, and walk in showers. Each room has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding, and room darkening curtains. All waiting for you! The living room is bright and spacious with 2 new couches where you can watch the new large screen ROKU tv. The wall of patio doors open on each end to the pool deck of our southwest facing private heated pool and hot tub under a screened lanai. The heated pool and spa is where you'll spend so much time! There's a safety fence and pool alarm for additional security. The third bedroom on the main floor is an awesome underwater theme that can accommodate 4 children on the two new twin bunkbeds. They will love falling asleep beside the turtles and fish (who may look familiar!) There's also an adjoining four piece bath which can be accessed from the hall or the bedroom. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, newer fridge, freezer, ice maker, stove and oven. There's also a microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kettle, Keurig, blender, coffee maker, Mickey waffle maker, toaster and hand mixer. Everything you need to make a vacation worthy feast! Our recently updated games room will keep everyone busy! There is a pool table and PS5! Movie theatre seating with 6 recliners and an 86" large screen TV wth surround sound! The second floor offers 2 large bedrooms with private en-suites, flat screen tvs and new LVP flooring. The first has a King Size bed (UK Super King Size) and has been fully remodeled with new furniture, bedding and ceiling fan. We work with the best management company who will have the home ready for your arrival and will respond to all your questions when you are at the house. Once you enter the manned security gate, the home has keyless check in and check out for your safety and convenience. Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24-hour security. For your use the resort includes a 10,000 sq. ft. Clubhouse with a lagoon-style pool complete with a water slide and hot tub; a toddler pool; state of the art fitness center; 40-seat high definition theater; video arcade; billiards; and a computer lounge with full Internet access.
